About Me

I, Afshan Musani, am a Journalism and Film Studies with an emphasis in production dual degree student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I was born and raised in the city of Mumbai, India. After working in the Indian television industry as a child actress and anchor from the age of 6 years old to 11 years old, I always knew where my true passion lays.

After 18 years of living in the heart of Bollywood, I came to the US for undergraduate studies at one of the best-ranking journalism institutes and am now learning the art of film production as well. Producer, ghostwriter, research assistant, marketing assistant, publication assistant, and marketing and communication ambassador, are all the positions I have had experience with.
